Morgan Abattoir is a beef export approved abattoir or slaughterhouse , meat wholesaler, beef deboning plant and offal distributor, situated in the Springs Industrial area on the Gauteng East Rand.
Morgan Abattoir processes beef derived from our feedlot Morgan Beef in the Delmas district as well as other feedlots and cattle farmers. We are also equipped to slaughter lamb and sheep.
We cater for the retail and wholesale markets and also supply meat products to international clientele.
At Morgan Abattoir the animals are slaughtered in accordance with all guidelines, rules and regulations as stipulated in the Meat Safety Act 40 of 2000 and other regulating bodies.
We have been in business for a while and understand the high expectations from our clients and ensure that all processes are in place in order for us to supply meat products of exceptional quality and standard. Please refer to the “Processes” tab for more information.
Morgan Abattoir also felt the need to be in close contact with the consumer and opened a retail store named Farm to Kitchen in Silverton, Pretoria where we supply all the beef products being sold.
As part of the drive to ensure meat safety and awareness we also offer contract slaughtering or slaughtering for private use.
